PNC Debt Capital Markets
Kristi has over 20-years in Debt Capital Markets experience and is currently focused on the origination and structuring of fixed income securities. Kristi also leads PNC’s Sustainable and Economic Development finance specialties which include Green, Social and ESG linked products in addition to Exempt Facility bonds. Kristi signed the Green Bond Principles on behalf of PNC in 2016 and structured PNC’s inaugural Green Bond issuance in 2019. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Otterbein University.
Senior Vice President / Relationship Manager Corporate Banking
Kelly is a Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager in PNC’s Corporate Banking group where she is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of middle-market and corporate clients. She works with clients on complex issues by providing ideas and insights. Kelly graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Math. She sits on the boards of Twin Cities in Motion, the Risk Management Association Minnesota, and the Board of Ambassadors for Be the Match Foundation. Kelly is an avid runner completing 9 marathons (including 2 Boston Marathon appearances), over 20 half-marathons, and numerous 5K’s, 10K’s and trail races.
