Join CFA Society Minnesota on April 2for a 3 hour negotiation workshop, where you’ll build your confidence through practicing negotiation skills. Moving forward in your position doesn’t always happen just because you want it to. Learn how to increase your value by asking for what you want.

Research indicates that some people are more confident in asking for more money, promotions, contracts and work assignments, while women often let negotiable opportunities slip by. Women must learn how to recognize negotiation opportunities and plan strategies – recognize unspoken attitudes, hidden assumptions, and conflicting agenda that drive the negotiation process—and how to use that knowledge to their advantage.

This three-hour workshop will provide you with strategies to help navigate and achieve your professional goals. You will have the opportunity to practice negotiation skills and strategies that will apply to many situations.  Register today, because you are worth it!

Cost: $20.00
