Brian Cove is Managing Director, Technical Activities and serves as the staff liaison to FEI’s Committee on Taxation, Committee on Benefits Finance, Committee on Governance, Risk & Compliance and the Committee on Private Companies. He also coordinates FEI’s advocacy efforts on tax and other policy issues of interest to FEI members. Prior to joining FEI in 2016, Brian was the Chief Operating Officer of the Commercial Finance Association where, in addition to overseeing operations, he was responsible for theassociation’s advocacy activities. He holds an M.A. in international affairs from The American University, Washington, DC and a B.A. in political science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
