7:30 am to 9:00 am
FEI Twin Cities Invites you to Prouty Group's Jammin' Session where Beth Paretta, founder, owner and team principal of Paretta Autosport – the first woman-owned, woman-driven, woman-forward team in INDYCAR history - will talk about her pioneering work within the racing community.

“Racing isn’t for the mediocre. It will spit you out” says Beth.

Women have been involved in racing from the start. As professional sports go, it’s one of the only that can be co-ed today. A separate league is not needed, women can be integrated today throughout the paddock. Beth’s team was 70% women (20 out of 30 people). A great example of women working with men to achieve a singular, tangible, visible goal to start: qualifying for the 2021 Indianapolis 500 Mile Race.

Born out of Beth’s vision and determination, Paretta Autosport launched in 2021 at the famed Indianapolis 500, where its successful participation garnered an incredible 6.5 billion total media impressions for the team.
