In this interactive 60-minute session, participants will discuss why it is important to develop women leaders in an organization. We'll examine why mindset is important, the different aspects of mindset and how it impacts your leadership style. We break into small groups for networking and lively discussion throughout the session.
This session will be led by Prouty Project, a 33-year-old boutique management consulting firm that specializes in strategic planning and leadership development.
